But it turns out that it’s not so troublesome to repeat the image you like of some pop diva! With the passage of fashion, preferences in the choice of haircuts, hair colors, hairstyles change, but feminine flowing hair falling in curls from the shoulders will remain at the peak of popularity forever. So let’s look at a couple of ways to create beautiful curls without the help of professionals.
How to curl your hair at home
Method number 1
We will need ordinary foil, a comb, an iron, hairpins, hairspray and, of course, a product that protects hair during thermal procedures.
Hair should be washed and slightly damp.
The entire volume of hair is divided into zones and fixed with hairpins at the back of the head.
Selected strand of hair about 2 cm wide, treated with varnish and wrapped around a finger.
The resulting curl is placed in a small sheet of foil and folded in half, bending the edges of the foil.
Each such “envelope” is heated in tongs for 30 seconds. After heating, the foil is not removed until it cools completely.
Do the same with the rest of the hair.
Release the strands from the foil.
Divide the curls as desired, giving them the proper volume.
Fix curls with hairspray.
How to curl your hair at home
Method number 2
Hair should be washed and slightly damp. You will need tongs, hair dryer, comb, varnish, mousse, heat protectant.
The entire volume of hair is divided into two equal zones (similarly, as when dividing hair for weaving two braids).
The first strand of hair is treated with a heat protectant and mousse. Then it twists to the inside with a tight tourniquet.
The end of the tourniquet is pinched with unheated tongs and pulled to the side.
Next, with the help of a hair dryer, the tourniquet is dried with a hot stream of air.
Do the same with the second half of the hair.
We release the tourniquets from the tongs, separate the waves and give the missing volume with light movements.
We fix the hairstyle with varnish.
Remember: to give your hair a natural look, you should not use products for super-strong fixation. This will glue the curls, make the hair heavier and deprive the overflow effect.
