Our story today is about a teacher from a kindergarten in Pavlograd, in the Dnepropetrovsk region. The name of the teacher is Lyubov Chalay. It was to her that the local authorities solemnly handed over a warrant for a new apartment. This is the first such case in the history of the entire housing department of the mayor’s office, when a woman teacher with more than 20 years of experience was given a one-room apartment. A woman stood in line for an apartment for more than 20 years. But the joys of the new mistress were not destined to last long. In the spring, the previous owner of this dwelling turned to her and demanded that the teacher leave the apartment. The whole situation escalated for Lyubov Chala also due to the fact that the woman put aside almost all her meager salary for repairs, which she actually successfully carried out in a new apartment. But the Supreme Court of the country paid practically no attention to this and made a corresponding decision in favor of the former owner of the apartment. The former owner of the property explained her long absence to the authorities with a banal illness, which actually became the main reason why she could not visit the apartment.
The teacher was forced to yield due to the appropriate court decision. Without a doubt, such a hype of events could not pass without the attention of the city council, which actually issued a warrant for the apartment. Officials decided to settle the misunderstanding and provided the woman with another warrant for a new apartment. But the woman already has a bitter experience of owning such real estate and she is not sure that a certain time will not pass and the new owner of her apartment will not appear. The former owner of the issued apartment was an old man who had no relatives. Actually, his apartment was provided to the teacher. But the neighbors have already rushed to land the new mistress and told her that the deceased man has a minor son who can challenge the provision of an apartment.
